He stated that the capacity of the country's hydroelectric power plants is about 10,000 MW, of which 80% is in Khuzestan.

The official said that the dam water was first used for agriculture and drinking water; And in the final stage is to use hydropower plants to generate electricity, he added: "On the other hand, we faced the phenomenon of premature heat, so that in April this year, the average weight of temperature increase compared to April 99, in Khuzestan has increased by 8%, and this increase Temperatures will definitely increase consumption. And considering that cooling appliances entered the circuit earlier than ever, so April 1400 was about 45% growth in consumption compared to last year.

Emphasizing that this growth is unprecedented, Khedri said: "Electricity consumption has increased by 2 to 3 percent annually in April, and this number has reached 45 percent this year."

Referring to the calculations of the Ministry of Energy and the lack of hydroelectric power plants; He pointed to the new 2,000 megawatts of consumers and said: "Every year, one million new subscribers are added to the subscribers of the electricity industry. On the other hand, we are facing a new phenomenon of currency cryptocurrencies, most of which have unauthorized consumption."

The CEO of Khuzestan Electricity Distribution Company stated: All factors have gone hand in hand and caused us to have a production shortage of 10,000 MW according to the level of the whole country.

Referring to the conclusion of 12,000 memorandums of understanding with the subscribers of industry, agriculture and administration in Khuzestan in order to manage consumption, he said: "We have considered good rewards for these subscribers." For the industrial sector; Last year, about 6 billion tomans of cooperation bonus was allocated, this year this capacity has been multiplied and about 80 billion tomans of credit was allocated to Khuzestan to sign a memorandum of understanding in order to manage consumption.

Referring to the outbreak of coronary heart disease and the need for hospitals for electricity and the special situation of the upcoming elections, Khedri said: "We may not be able to meet the ceiling set somewhere and be forced to shut down, but shutdown is the most bitter, worst and most painful decision for the industry It is electricity.

The official stressed that production and consumption must be balanced: "If the balance is not created, the whole network will be damaged, and if consumption is high this summer, we will have to shut down due to reduced production."

Regarding cryptocurrencies in the province, Mohammadian said: "The managers of the towns have been informed to cooperate with the Khuzestan Electricity Distribution Company and the city electricity departments. The necessary warnings were issued in this regard and we believe that the password should be expanded." Emphasizing that according to the instructions, the authorized currency encryption devices should not be produced in the summer, he said: "In the summer, the authorized producers of digital currency should operate through diesel electricity."
